1. Information We Collect
We collect account details such as name, username, email, phone, country, security credentials, support messages, and technical data. To administer loans we also record package orders, access-fee payments, wallet addresses, TxIDs, loan balances, withdrawal requests, repayments, and transaction history.
2. Google Sign-In
If you continue with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, and profile image. We use this information only to create, link, and authenticate your Nexora Fund account. We do not receive your Google password.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, review orders, activate and administer fixed 10% loans with 30-day terms, reserve and process withdrawals, verify full repayments, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain audit records, and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis and Sharing
Depending on applicable law, processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers, blockchain/payment infrastructure providers, professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties where necessary and lawful.
5. Blockchain Information
Public blockchains are independently maintained and may permanently expose wallet and transaction data. We store wallet addresses and TxIDs for payment verification but do not request or store private wallet keys.
6. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards, including password hashing and access controls. No system or blockchain transfer is risk-free, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Cookies
Essential cookies support login sessions, security, and site operation. Browser settings may restrict cookies, but doing so can prevent authenticated features from working.
8. Retention
We retain account, loan, transaction, support, and audit information for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. Some loan and transaction records cannot be deleted while obligations or mandatory retention periods remain.
